Company Management
Joe Aiello, CEC, AAC has served as Apropo Catering, Inc. President since 1989. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, in New York, and member of the American Culinary Federation, Chicago Chefs of Cuisine Association, Inc., where he served as president for two years. He is also a member of Les Amis d’Escoffier Society, Euro Toques Society, Catering Executive Club of America, and the National Ice Carving Association. His ice carvings have been featured in the hit movie “Groundhog’s Day”.

Paulette Hartl has served as Apropo Catering, Inc. Sales and Special Events Coordinator/Assistant to the President since 1989.
