All menu items are grilled and served on site by our staff.
All equipment necessary to display menu items, such as chafing dishes,
utensils, condiments, buffet tables and table covers are included.
A minimum $250 service charge is added for on site staff, equipment and
transportation.
A minimum guarantee or 100 guests is required for all menu packages.
Events with a minimum guest count of less than 100 will incur
an
additional charge of $3.50 per guest.
